Here’s two ways you can prepare tuna mushroom pizza.(seafood pizza)
Making the pizza dough
1 cup warm water(105-115F)
3 cups all-purpose flour(but bread flour will give u a crisp one)
3 tbsp olive oil or 2 tbsp butter

Ingredients:
4 red mullet
1 onion
4 clove garlic
2 inch ginger
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp chili powder
salt to taste
oil for shallow frying

Fish of your choice.Reef fish are best and my favourite is red snappers.
