Ingredients:
4 red mullet
1 onion
4 clove garlic
2 inch ginger
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp chili powder
salt to taste
oil for shallow frying
Scale the fish and make gashes on both sides of the fish.
Grind all the other ingredients to a smooth paste leaving the fish and oil aside.
