Devilled fish is a very tasty seafood dish which is made very easily and takes less time.

It can be served with fried rice, plain rice, bread or with chapathi.

But it taste best with fried rice.

If you wish to have with plain rice, serve a salad too, that will taste great.

Ingredients:

200g fish (cut into small cubes)

2 onions (cut into cubes)

4-5 capsicums (cut into cubes)

1 tomato (cut into cubes)

3 tbsp soya sauce

1/2 cup tomato suace

1 tsp black pepper powder

1 tsp vinegar

salt to taste

1 1/2 cup oil

Mix 1 tbsp soyasauce, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp vinegar and salt with fish and keep for half and hour.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the fish until golden brown.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in another pan, add onions and capsicums, fry until onions are lightly brown.

Add in the tomatoes and the fried fish.

Add the tomato sauce, the remaining pepper powder and cook in low heat for 5 minutes.

Add the remaining soya sauce and cook further for a minute.

Serve hot.
